The POSTrack Android app does not collect, store, upload, or share any photos, videos, audio recordings, contacts, SMS messages, call logs, or precise location data.
3. App permissions (Android app)
The POSTrack Android app requests the following permissions only to provide in-app features. They are not used for advertising or shared with any third party.
- Camera: Used in-app to scan product barcodes. No photos or videos are taken, stored, or uploaded.
- Bluetooth: Used in-app to connect to Bluetooth thermal printers for printing bill receipts.
- Vibrate: Used in-app for haptic feedback (for example, on a successful scan).
- Internet: Used in-app to sync your business data with POSTrack servers.
4. How we use your information
We use collected information to:
- Provide POS billing and bill receipt generation
- Store and manage your business and customer records
- Generate and print or share bill receipts
- Improve application performance
- Provide customer support
- Maintain system security
5. Billing and bill receipt information
POSTrack allows businesses to generate and share purchase bill receipts with customers. Bill receipt details such as customer name, phone number, purchased items, pricing, and billing information are entered and managed by the business user.
POSTrack does not use or share customer billing information with third parties. Businesses are responsible for ensuring that the information added to bill receipts is accurate and used appropriately for billing purposes.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your data.
We may share data only in limited cases:
- With trusted service providers (for example, hosting infrastructure)

- To prevent fraud or misuse
