By accessing or using POSTrack(website or application), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

POSTrack provides tools to:

• Create and manage bills and bill receipts
• Manage products and inventory
• Store customer and business information
• Generate and print or share bill receipts

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

Access to POSTrack is provided through a one-time licence purchase unless separately agreed in writing.

• The licence fee is payable before activation and excludes applicable taxes such as GST
• Once a licence is issued, activated, delivered, or used, the payment is non-refundable, whether you use the system for one day, more than one day, or stop using it later
• Payments remain non-refundable even if you decide not to continue using the system after purchase or activation
• Updates, improvements, support timelines, or future feature availability are not guaranteed unless specifically committed in a written agreement
• Temporary downtime, maintenance, technical issues, app errors, third-party service issues, or other service interruptions do not create any right to a refund

Please review the product, pricing, demo, and requirements carefully before purchasing a licence.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence.

You agree to use POSTrack responsibly and legally.

You are responsible for:

• All data entered into the system
• Ensuring accuracy of billing and records
• Obtaining customer consent before collecting or sharing their data
• Compliance with local laws applicable to your business

POSTrack allows you to generate and share bill receipts with customers.

All information printed or shared on bill receipts, including business details, customer information, purchased items, pricing, taxes, and transaction details, is provided by you.

POSTrack does not verify or control the accuracy of the information entered on bill receipts.

You are solely responsible for how bill receipts are generated, used, printed, and shared with customers.

You retain ownership of all business and customer data you enter.

By using POSTrack, you grant us permission to store and process this data for providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your data.

You agree NOT to:

• Use POSTrack for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful data
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the system
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

We aim to keep POSTrack available and running smoothly at all times. However, uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be guaranteed.

Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or unforeseen interruptions.

POSTrack is not responsible for any loss, delay, or inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions or downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• POSTrack is provided "as is" without warranties
• We are not responsible for business losses, data loss, incorrect billing or user errors, or misuse of customer data by users

Use the service at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You misuse the platform

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website and may be shown within the application. Continued use means you accept the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in your operating region.
